I haven't been riding very long. Since late April. This past weekend I hit to marks along my way toward getting fit and loosing some weight.
Monday morning the scale said 180lbs. That's 25 lost! Great progress. I doubt I'll drop another 25, but 15 would be great.
Sunday I set out and rode the entirety of the AM River trail. Home, up to Folsom Lake, down to Discovery Park, and then back home. My computer showed just over 65mi.
I'm still recovering. But glad to have done that.
