Avoid - White Rock Road

You all probably know this but in case someone does not - White Rock Road from the Sac County Line to Old Placerville Road is a nightmare - I was almost hit by a speeding SUV. There is no shoulder, and the road surface has HUGE cracks in it - some of them parallel the direction of travel. I would avoid this at all costs.
