Trainer

The winter is coming and I'm interested in buying a trainer for my garage. If anyone is selling one I'd be interested in possibly buying a "pre-owned" trainer.

I'll sell you mine!

(I want to be certain you get the opportunity to ride only 30-60 minutes a day while I'm out building my fitness for next year. Perhaps you will find Beatty too daunting of a challenge and not land the fastest time next year. ;-)

Are you too afraid of getting wet or just plan on staying away from the hobgoblins that come out in the dark?

Seriously, I haven't used my blackburn for several years. It's a magnetic trainer. No frills. $50.

Warm up

Sure, I'll take a look at it; we can talk about it up at Blue Canyon tomorrow night.

Not riding in the winter? You have it all wrong my friend. I work out on the trainer for 20 minutes before heading out into the winter cold - that way my body heat is up before leaving the house. I don't think it's going to be possible to post a good number on Beatty in the rain; all that torque with a skinny tire...I think it's just going to spin and spew water all over the place. Sounds kinda fun, not fast, but fun for certain!
